People who are suffering from allergic asthma or other allergies that affect respiratory system should be primarily concentrated on increasing lung capacities with regular exercise and to do breathing exercises to be able to control eventual asthma attacks and breathing difficulties. Besides that is also important to take care for healthy nutrition which may also reduce the risk of breathing difficulties. Very important is also stress management not only to reduce risk of asthma attack and severity of eczema but also to improve or maintain genral health and well-being.
